I ordered a macbook pro and fedex was supposed to ship this to be overnight. I was provided a tracking # and was tracking the package.

When their website said delivered, I called my wife and she said the package was not there. Called Fedex and they said it was dropped off on the front door. Turned out they dropped of the laptop at the wrong address in a totally different street. The folks at this address called me to pick up the package.

It was good they were honest people, otherwise I would have lost the macbook. Even though I opened a package tracing complaitn with fedex they never followed up. The delivery guy should be fired and fedex should be penalized for *** mistakes like this.

This never happened to me with UPS. Fedex is horrible.
