Fedex left card to rearrange delivery, so i called asked for a delivery later in the day as i was mot avalable next day or weekend.

Was told by cus ser pointy head that she would ring back with pssible arrangements.

No call by 3pm so i rang got the same pointy head , she said we'll deliver in the morining.

i said i was waiting all day for a call to make arrangements when i was in, as i was not in and pointy head knew it, why send it when i'm not going to be in.

Pointy head was so helpful she suggested that they return the parcel to the sender.

i told them do that...

Next day wgen i'm not in another delivery is attempted???

Fedex you are annoyingly useless and waste time money and effort.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of delivery rearrangement. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
