FedEx call and said they were going to deliver on Saturday, and that the package required a signature. After waiting around all day, I called FedEx and they said it would not arrive until Tuesday.
You think they could have called back instead of wasting my day? The customer service rep and the "customer advocate" offered no help, only that I could go online and pay an additional fee to narrow the deliver on Tuesday.
I tried that, ($10 extra) but only could get an error message. This will be the last time I will ship golf clubs via FedEx, and will avoid using them ever again.
