The carrier FedEx, stated item was delivered and signed for but there is no one here by the name on the signature. And after personally talking to the delivery person, they have no idea who it is. Proflowers is HORRIBLE. Do not use them. They ruined my valentine's day 2017. I was almost in tears. This compeis horrible. False advertisement. They need to be SUED!!!! Taling people's money for nothing and fedex SUCK. They need to get a hew delivery company. 2 days in a row proflowers lied to me. I will never ever ever ever use them again.

Has to be the slowest *** serive in the world. If i just go through usps or ups i get everything i order within the week. Ive consistantly had to wait two or more weeks through fedex. For the price thats charged i expect a much faster service. Thanks for the let down.
