I won a bid for a printer through Tophatter. After winning the bid, I did not see any options for package delivery. Therefore I could not request a signature for the printer. The seller did not require a signature and it is Tophatter policy to deny all responsibility....

Someone from Rainbow forgot to put my apartment number on the package so FedEx returned it. Rainbow can see where the package is being returned but says they can not reship package but will offer me a refund but that could take 15 days!!

Fed Ex SUCKS! They take 3 weeks to deliver, and SO MANY times the deliver to the WRONG address! I'm a mail carrier for the post ofc. All Postal Carriers pick up mid delivered Fed Ex pkgs & deliver them to the CORRECT address every day! Fed Ex uses contractors to deliver ground pkgs. They have NO CLUE & Don't care!
