In early December I had a package delivered to my house that weighed 130lbs I heard a loud bang outside my house and when I go check I see my package on the floor ripped open I went out to check and I saw my damaged product that the delivery driver had done he being lazy dragged it across my lawn ripping my grass and damaging my shipment when I went to open the box there was clear damage to my merchandise after putting in a complaint and showing them pictures of the damage they said to put in a claim so we could get a refund if the evidence pointed to it being there fault we waited and they denied us a refund to buy a new dresser because they said that it wasnt properly wrapped that it was the stores fault???? Apparently not the drivers who dragged it across a cement floor then grass then threw it on our walkway ripping open the box I will definitely be seeking legal advice on this and definitely never use fedex again people be warned they have lazy drivers who damage merchandise
