Back in May 2016 my friend moved from Illinois to Texas and shipped three large boxes of his only personal belongings and FedEx lost one of them. My friend called them several times as I witnessed a few of his calls and they gave him the run around.

Said they were tracking it and would get back to him which they never did. He had to do this 8 times over the phone and had to explain to these idiots over and over and got nowhere with them. They would not refund his money nor show any kind of concern or compensation. He lost clothes, a cappucino machine, non-replaceble family items, and to name a few.

FedEx wrote him off completely so we will write them off totally and take our business to UPS. FedEx executes *** poor customer service and a lousy product!
