I was waiting for a shipment via FedEx. And since we won't be home for the scheduled delivery date, I went to their website and had the package shipped at the closest FedEx store where we live.
So I received a tracking update and stated that it the was delivered to that store. So I called that store to confirm. But I was told by the employee there that they don't have any packages for me. And they said it was delivered at the porch of our home.
Guess what happened? The package wasn't there when we got home!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex delivery service. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
