Package was supposed to be delivered today. I checked the tracking info on FedEx.
It states that the package was refused by customer. That's not possible since I am the customer and it was never delivered to my address! Is it that hard to ask the person refusing the package what their name is? *** is, as *** does.
I called FedEx and they said it was going to be redelivered today. They lied. Then I called again because the package was updated on the FedEx site as being delivered in 2 days from today. Why not Monday?
They had no answer.
Because of all this hassle, I asked FedEx to return the package. I will no longer accept FedEx packages, or use their service!
