FedEx continues to send me updated notices of ongoing delays in delivering my package. This morning I received a note that that the package was out for delivery (again).
This evening, I received the follow up note that they have technical issues with delivery (again) and delayed the delivery for the 3rd time. I live in a new neighborhood and I think their GPS doesnt show the new development yet.
Ive filed my complaint with Costco and asked if they could send a replacement via another service (USPS/UPS). What a poor example of customer service.
