I have a great one for everyone. My FEDEX claim number was 0119729489.

I purchased an item from eBay which was shipped but lost by FEDEX. I filed a report waited 9 days and had to call them to learn my claim was denied for $139 because the shipper has not given them a claim waiver which he told me he had. The day after I filed the claim I received a call from the local FEDEX manager apologizing for the missing package and was told it wasn't his normal driver that day. The call was recorded.

The next day the actual driver called me said he was kind of confused and couldn't remember if he left in inside or outside for anyone to grab. Again call recorded.

FEDEX in my area has never once put a package inside for us "too lazy" so they leave it outdoors near our garage. So Now I need to file a small claims case with the two recorded calls and all documentation received from the shipper and me for THATS RIGHT $139 which FEDEX can't even own up to.
