I ship several thousands of dollars Worth of items every year and normally I have no problems however recently I shipped a 2005 avalanche sunroof valued at $500 plus a cost me $100 to ship it with Insurance. The sunroof was very well packed ( I have shipped many sunroofs ) it arrive looking like it had been ran over buy the truck or pulled dragged the last 50 miles to its destination.

After the pain in the rear claims process and uploading and faxing pictures it was denied. I sent more information to try to overturn the decision and never received a reply. I refunded my customer and figure FedEx being the bigger company would cover the damage but I guess that would be to much to ask. All in all I'm out a $500 sunroof and $100 shipping Very disappointed and more and more parts are starting to go UPS.

After that being my first claims experience with FedEx in the 8 years I've used them I'm am taking steps for it to be my last. Very very disappointed and aggravated
