I paid about 2.5 times the normal price for shipping for 2-3 day delivery on a Tuesday. The package arrived on a Friday at about 830 AM at the local fedex warehouse and said it wouldn't be delivered until Monday by 8 PM.
Because I paid for 2-3 day delivery this was not ok with me so I called to see if I could go pick it up myself and they checked and said it was there and that I could. I drive 30 minutes to fedex and the lady tells me she won't get it because it is in the "Monday crate" and I will have to wait till monday. How on earth can charge someone 2.5 times more for 2-3 day delivery and think it's ok to not only not deliver it in 2-3 days but to not allow them to come pick it up and refuse to go get it because it will be a hassle?
This blows my mind and I will never use fedex again. Worst service I have ever experienced with any company.
