I was supposed to have recieved my package 9/15 got an email saying i had entered an incorrect address which ups has no issue finding or delivering to contacted a representative got the issue fixed now almost a week later still no package contacted a representative again today and was told since i had to call to verify my address it takes up to a week to process when i asked to make sure i heard her correctly to make sure it wasnt going to come in until the following saturday i was hung up on.Poor customer service and poor delivery service.
Would never rocommend anybody use fedex UPS is where its at.At least they could find your house with no issue and have the package delivered on time.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex delivery service. Fedex needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
