Extremely upset at the way the customer service departments just pass the buck. Their delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong house even know the address was correct but can't retrieve it.

Everytime I try to talk with a manager I get told that they are not there.

I am getting the run around. They need to find better ways of making sure packages are delivered correctly not to mention they need to make it a priority when their drivers screw up
