Screw FedEx. I had a $13,000 engine coming in from California that I've had built and I registered it with TWO tracking numbers because I knew FedEx always likes to forget your tracking and never give you updates.

Now its been 3 weeks since the thing shipped, and FedEx cannot tell me where my $13,000 engine is. It was supposed to arrive 6 days ago.

They've also declined to use the insurance I paid $500 for. I have NEVER had a positive experience with FedEx and I wish I would not have trusted them with this.
