Four separate customer service reps, including a supervisor confirmed a package would be delivered prior to 3PM. Package was not delivered.
With the high price tag to ship I do not understand why an ETA, time frame or even a confirmed delivery time can be expected by a customer. This is not how you run a business, with the excessive complaints they have and my personal experience it is no wonder they have such a horrible rating.
I will never do business with them again or allow anyone to mail to me using their service. I would rather pay more for real customer service.
