My wife and I run a small business that relies on overnight delivery of fresh flowers. 3 times in a row fedex has failed to send us flowers for weddings causing us to have pissed off clients and scambling to locate alternative flowers to perform.our contractual duties.
The problem is not.only with us but with all flower wholesalers trying to deliver flowers to the east coast through MEMPHIS TENNESSEE. Not only are they causi g our flowers to die upon arrival, I am being charged extra money for reships, and for replacement flowers leaving us no room for.profit and VERY ANGRY brides and grooms who dont get the proper flowers they order. This has become a recurring problem in the last few months and after they told us todays delivery wouldnt arrive until monday we threatened them with a class action lawsuit combining all the other florist complaints who have been experiencing the same issue through the memohis location and all the sudden they miraculously "found" our package and set it for arrival tomorrow. (Still one day late and.on the day of the wedding)
This is seriously effecting our business and costing us a LOT of money.
We are high end florists and charge thousands of dollars for our service and if we cannot recieve our priducts on time...how are we supposed to do business???????? Unfortunately the wholesalers we have been using for years have an agreement with fedex so we are unable to without a great deal of waiting.....use a different supplier...and also likely charging more. So *** frusterated at this point we will do all in our power to avoid using this service any longer as they have shown no respect in trying to resolve the issue and in the meantime we are.losing THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
All because a company cant do their god *** job. Arrrrrrrrrghhhhhhahhhh
