I recently shipped 4 art prints via FedEx, with "FRAGILE" and "DO NOT BEND" written all over the packaging.FedEx ended up folding the entire package in half, and puncturing multiple holes through the package.

I had the package valued at $200 and filed my claim over 2 weeks ago. I've called them twice now and they have made no progress or attempt to begin reviewing my claim. On top of that, the person I spoke to last "Nicole" in the claims department was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke with.

In the end, when I asked for her last name she answered "From Claims".

Monetary Loss: $200.
