I recently shipped 4 art prints via FedEx, with "FRAGILE" and "DO NOT BEND" written all over the packaging. FedEx ended up folding the entire package in half, and puncturing multiple holes through the package.

I had the package valued at $200 and filed my claim over 2 weeks ago. I've called them twice now and they have made no progress or attempt to begin reviewing my claim. On top of that, the person I spoke to last "Nicole" in the claims department was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke with.

In the end, when I asked for her last name she answered "From Claims".

Monetary Loss: $200.
