Purchased art. Paid for shipping and insurance.

Seller unfortunately used FedEx. Art arrived with glass in frame shattered into a million pieces. The shards cut the art. It was insured.

FedEx picked up to examine, determined outer box not damaged enough so refused to reimburse. I asked them if they would like links to videos of their employees throwing, tossing and dropping packages. Asked UPS what they thought and they reckon FedEx placed or dropped something heavy on top of box during transport and it happened then.

Have been dealing with them for almost a year. They do not care.
