I live in a rural area in NM and FedEx ground guys have known where to find my house for 20 years, but this time the package came from Ethiopia via FedEx International a different driver and he never called me to find out how to get mention of "attempted delivery". Instead, they marked the package "wrong address" (even though it was the correct address and I have a photo of the package the shipper sent me)and didn't notify me, held it for a few days at the delivery hub in Gallup, an hour away, then sent the package to a holding facility in Salt Lake City...then told me it was "damaged" and to file a claim.

Now they say I will have to pay another shipping fee to get it sent back to me, that they can't "release" it until someone pays to have it shipped back to me. I told them it was their fault that it wasn't delivered, that it DID have the correct address on it, and that they should just get the package to me.

They insist I have to pay another shipping fee. Total FRAUD!
