I was supposed to receive a very important delivery on October 26th Friday and didn't receive it till Tuesday. After pinging sender, I was informed that Fedex attempted delivery on Friday but left because they couldn't enter my building.
Although my number was clearly written on the package, I didn't receive any call. There wasn't any message/note left either. I had to manually locate Fedex location and pick the package on Wednesday. This delay caused me to miss an important opportunity and I am very very disappointed.
I will file a separate complaint to Fedex.
