OK, I accept everybody screws up from time to time, but when FedEx never sent my package, (it was still at the fedex shop, and it contained my passport for a flight that night) I thought, OK, lets see if they actually do what their commercials say. I called them and was put through to the customer advocate department.
4 hours later, after numerous promises, I was passed off to a "manager" who advised me that FedEx takes no legal responsibility to deliver anything and I could pick up my package from the original location if I wished. Not only did they waste hours of my time promising me they would do everything they could to get me my package that day in chicago by courier, after 4 hours of lies and misinformation, I had to get and pay for somebody to get on a plane from NY to Chicago so I could get my international flight. Why were they not able to do that I wonder???
