I recently went to my local FedEx Printing store and asked them to donate the cost of enlarging a pattern we are using for a Cub Scout Pack Order of the Arrow Bridge. To be clear, I was asking for an 11 x 17 sheet of paper to be enlarged 362%--1 copy, black and white.

I have enlarged paper copies there for my business and personal use may times and know that he value of what I was asking them to do is about $15.00. Not only was I told that FedEx doesn't do that kind of thing--the clerk was rude in telling me so. Too bad the local community who provides the business that creates their profit can't count on a little assistance for a group of 8 to 11-year-old boys.

My future copying business will go to Staples--down the street who was more than happy to do the copying at no cost. I think consumers need to know the local community is NOT important to FedEx

Monetary Loss: $15.
