My husband and I ordered a DVD from Amazon.com. We have always been pleased with the efficiency with which our orders have been completed and delivered, usually by UPS. This particular order was to be delivered by Fedex.
The estimated date of arrival came, and no delivery. In checking the tracking history, we noticed that the package had arrived in Dallas, Tx. 3 days before. The package had been scanned out the day prior to the delivery date, but did not make it to our house.
We live in Arlington which is less than 30 miles from Dallas. Trying to call Fedex is very difficult, and when we finally got through, to a computer, we were informed that the package was heading to yet another station....that is it, no more information.
I unfortunately have two more packages being delivered by Fedex. I haven't received any as of yet........make sure your packages are delivered by UPS not Fedex!
