Twice Fedex has delivered my packages to another street in my neighborhood. The street names are not close, except both are Circles.

Saturday a driver said I was not home and that he had placed a door tag on my door. I was home the entire day and no door tag was put on my door. He either lied or was at the other address. No local phone number is available, so you have to call the 1800 number.

No help on all three occasions. Even though it was 2pm and they didn't close until 5pm, and it was their mistake...still they could not redeliver. Finally escalated to a customer advocate and at least the package was delivered on Monday, not Tuesday, as they had told me.

Drivers for a national delivery service should be able to read an address and find the location. I never have had a problem with UPS or USPS delivering to the wrong address.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: train drivers better.

I liked: I liked one of the reps i talked to she even followed up.

I didn't like: Customer is not the primary focus.
