Fedex tried for 3 days to deliver a package but could not understand street address. How difficult is it to Google an address? Or to telephone if you don't find it the first day?

Dispatch phoned twice and got specific delivery instructions but driver could not follow instructions.

Driver never called us directly. Kept confusing "Road" for "Drive." Our telephone number was on the tag, and so was the shipper.

When he FINALLY made the delivery, said that the address tag was wrong. It was not. We even used a second address line to be sure that the destination was clear.
