Today we had an disappointing encounter with a FEDEX Driver.
He told us never *** use FEDEX again and have a *** great day after he dropped off a package. I tried to talk with him after he yelled at my wife, but he slammed his car door, raced of the property.
Why: One of our dogs came to close to him. ( a 1 year old still a puppy)
I called FEDEX and complained, but no response today. Lucky my wife recorded it and she considers to send it to newspapers and post it on the internet
I guess FEDEX doesn't care and the word *** seems to be acceptable.Perhaps if she does FEDEX will blacklist us or already has for complaining.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
