After paying extra for Saturday delivery of course our package never showed up. Today when we got home from work there was a slip on the door saying they will try delivering again tomorrow (of course when we are at work).

My wife called tonight and asked if we could have it delivered to my parents house ( which is across the street) and they told her there would be a charge for changing the delivery address. At this point my wife told them just to use the money she paid for special Satuday delivery and they told her that she didn't pay them she payed there customer and that she was not there customer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. THE PEOPLE YOUR DELIVERING TO ARE NOT YOUE CUSTOMERS!!!

They left it at well you will have to be home to sign for it or you'll have to pick it up at our sort facility. And told her again that she was not there customer again.

Not the best thing to tell someone that has been managing customer service people for 10 years. WAY TO FAIL YOUR CUSTOMERS AGAIN FEDEX!!!!
