Being that I was unemployed for almost two years during the recession, I do not make the above statement lightly.

FedEx refuses to deliver my package, plain and simple.

I have sat in my apartment, with my living room window overlooking my building's front door for two days. FedEx continues to lie, claiming they have made attempts at drop-off, continues to make meaningless apologies and empty promises regarding their next "attempt."

I have talked to approximately 8 people regarding this. No one knows what's going on. No one has the figurative balls to own up to the fact that they have screwed up again and again and again. No one gives a *** that my 3 pc dining set is ready to be shipped back to the manufacturer, not because I wasn't here but because the &^%$# driver decided not to deliver it.

Monetary Loss: $235.
