I ordered the last case of 1997 Juan Gil wines form a distributor in DC, to my Stamford CT home. The tracked package 'arrived' and was signed by "ADoorman".

I don't have a Door Man.

But the FexEx delivery guy just scored a nice case of delicious wines for himself, thanks to his employer not giving a sh_t or following through with ANY investigation, saying only that they are sorry and 'don't understand how this could happen' and telling me to reorder.

What? who is paying for that?

No refund, No investigation, No incrimination! Not their problem... So i'm stuck with the bill for both the stolen package and the shipping fee!

Monetary Loss: $450.
