FEDEX WAS PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY.THEY NEVER HAD IT CLEARED AT CUSTOMS AND HAD MY PACKAGE ON THEIR TRUCKS, THEN GOT CALLED BY CUSTOMS AND HAD TO BRING IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS AN "ESCAPED PACKAGE".

THEY LIED SEVERAL TIMES AND SAID IT WAS NEVER ON THEIR TRUCKS. THEY BASICALLY CHARGED ME $1000 DOLLARS AND TRIED TO SMUGGLE MY PACKAGE, WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL GUITAR WORTH $5000. WHO KNOWS WHAT CONDITION ITS IN NOW OR IF I WILL EVER SEE IT. SO I PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!

I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE A PHONE CALL AND NEVER DID.

A TRACE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OPENED AND NEVER WAS.I WAS TOLD CUSTOMS CAN HAVE IT FOR 30 DAYS, AND THEN LATER TOLD THAT FEDEX CAN BE TOLD IN 24 HOURS WHY THEY HAVE IT.
