Expedited delivery FedEx style seems to mean stand guard for the delivery man (for up to ten hours) then dash to answer the door before he drives away...with the package which you can then drive to pick up (after 5:00) or the next delivery day, which can be up to 72 hours away. This does not meet my definition of expedited.
No telephone number for local contact. Toll free call centers are clueless and give contradictory information.
Drivers allegedly have no telephones to make contact with customer. Leave packages at door step, ring bell, and dash for truck.
