I ordered car parts through Rockauto and needed them in a hurry so I had them shipped FedEx 2 Day Express. 8 Days later I still don't have my package.
Their website says, "Incorrect Address". My address is correct, I've made 30 or more orders through Rockauto, FedEx ground, UPS, DHL and the U.S. Post Office have no trouble finding my house. I have taken 3 days off from work to get this package.
It is costing me a bundle. And FedEx is refusing to deliver.
In a way, they have property that belongs to me, and won't deliver. That's Thieft!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of two day shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $321. Fedex needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
