Two shipments in a row we get notified they were unable to deliver because no one was home, first it was only a envelope from the veterans adm, not signature was required, problem is we were home both days when so called delivery attempt was made, customer service is a joke, the asked if there was road construction, bad weather or anything else, well the school bus, US mail and UPS had all made it to my house. Dogs are not a priority for FEDEX. FEDEX stated a package was delivered, at a time when both my wife and I were home. However, a 28 pound box of dog food was no where to be seen. Had two delivery's in the past week.First one claimed to have attempted delivery, but business was closed, this is a residence not a business and I was here all day . Second delivery from chewy .com was man handled the item were split open and rolling around in the box , it was canned cat food so I was able to salvage it . 50 for overnight shipping from Rockford, IL, to Harbor Springs, MI, on Thurs, 7/21, at 2:30 p.m. CDT and still not delivered on Sat, 7/23, at 2 p.m. CDT. They basically lied to me saying they could deliver overnight, and I had 1st gone to the post office where they told me the truth - that it would be 2 days. Lesson learned. On Monday, April 25, 2016, I took a day off work to be able to receive a package from FedEx Express. It contains registration for our car, and is very important.
