I ordered shoes from Amazon and was told they would be delivered today which is Nov.30 by 8pm.
I waited at home all day and at 7:55 I called Fedex only to find out that the driver outright lied about the attempted delivery. He never showed up nor left a door tag. I complained to management and let Amazon know they need to find another shipping company ASAP.
Of course the supervisor called the station and it was closed.The supervisor apologized profusely but I was unmoved because they have to know that this is what their employees do to customers.
