I ordered shoes from Amazon and was told they would be delivered today which is Nov. 30 by 8pm.
I waited at home all day and at 7:55 I called Fedex only to find out that the driver outright lied about the attempted delivery. He never showed up nor left a door tag. I complained to management and let Amazon know they need to find another shipping company ASAP.
Of course the supervisor called the station and it was closed. The supervisor apologized profusely but I was unmoved because they have to know that this is what their employees do to customers.
