Had to reschedule multiple times within a week because of no-shows.I finally had to drive to the facility myself.
They were pleasant over the phone,but still failed to provide results. The excuses that were made had me pulling my hair out because everyone blamed each other. I work in an environment that requires excellent customer care so I expect nothing less from others.
In this particular situation I actually accept part of the blame because I feel that I was too nice.As I said I work in customer service so I find it extremely distasteful to be nasty to people.
