Used a FedEx office location for 3-day shipping on my niece's birthday gift. Five days later, still waiting for the package to be delivered.

First call to customer service revealed they had my phone number listed incorrectly. Delivery was to a rural location, so verified the address...which they could not find. Agent opened a tracker for me. But incorrectly informed me I had a new tracking number.

Second call to customer service revealed the "new tracking number" was actually a case number. And, oh. They only delivery Tuesday through Friday to that rural location. There may also be an additional fee charged to me for the second delivery attempt.

Package should be arriving tomorrow.

Will be asking for a refund, and using UPS from now on. Their logistics rock.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: How difficult it is to speak with a human being.
