Sent shipment 3 delivery, and tracking system stopped showing info after second day. Called.

Oops, we put in wrong container and it is all the way across country. Sorry, we will get it to you tomorrow. No delivery today. Called again.

Oops, mechanical on plane, package still across country, but if you want to pay for an upgrade we can get it to you on Saturday. Pay for an upgrade? Manager please. Manager says they will research and I am absolutely right, they should deliver for free on Saturday.

Just called, sorry, the way it is containerized it will not be there until Monday. 7 days after shipment.

DO NOT USE FEDEX ANYMORE. They were reliable years ago, now they are not, they do nothing to apologize and they do not fix their own problems
