Thousands of people have similar complaints: packages not left when no signature is required and delivery attempts falsely recorded when no attempt was ever made. After 3 attempts, the addressee needs to call the shipper and authorize a re-ship (and re-payment).

I am getting the feeling that FedEx can make a lot of money by instructing drivers and other logistics personnel to "make as half-hearted attempt as possible to make deliveries," forcing the inconvenience on the consumer and the added expense on the shipper. This problem is too wide-spread to be coincidence, and when there is money involved, you can bet that there is a nefarious agenda at work.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Suspicious practices, Delivery service.
