FedEx was supposed to deliver a package by yesterday, 12/21/12. They did not, and no communication about it.

This morning I received a text at 7:43am that it was out for delivery from Watertown, CT. I'm in Roxbury, CT, 14.2 miles away from the FedEx location. At 7:30pm I received a text that the package would not be delivered due to inclement weather. There were a few flurries in the morning that never stuck, and no other weather event to speak of.

Tracking indicated the truck returned to the FedEx Watertown office at 5:52pm, with my package on it.

When I called I spent 35 minutes on hold before giving up. The only upside is that it gave me time to write complaints like this one.

Monetary Loss: $150.
