I have a clothing store and my nephew wanted to start his business So I shipped brand new clothing for his store and 2 jam jars for my mother, I packed everything excellent (...This is not my first rodeo, I do this for living, why would I pack it poorly ?

), I used a large box, tons for plastic bubble wrap and I do not know WHY but I paid insurance, THEY damaged the box, they sent me half of the shipment back in a different box ...And despite the fact it was their fault, then won't pay me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: I want them to pay me insurance (THAT I PAID FOR!) and refund shipping cost..
