Package shipped via Fedex 3 day, due to arrive today.Then early (5:31am) this morning the package gets updated with "Delivery exception -Business closed".
But this isn't a business address, fedex tracking even says "Residential delivery", and no attempt was ever made. After calling Fedex 800 number they say I will get a call back from the local office. An hour or so later a very rude person calls me and tells me that they won't deliver today and maybe they'll deliver it on the 3rd (today is the 30th, which will make it more than a week in transit) if there's room on the truck and then hung up on me. This is not an isolated incident.
I've had many Fedex packages coming to me have false tracking information added to packages claiming delivery attempts, business closed, wrong address.Please don't give Fedex any of your business.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Beluga stated that there is a room for improvement of very unprofessional attitude. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex delivery service. Fedex needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
