Reading others' complaints convinces me FedEx people lie. No delivery, but each time I call, "it'll be there tomorrow" or "it's on the truck, you'll have it tonight." I will report to the seller that I will no longer be a customer if FedEx remains their carrier.
Package in question was shipped Dec. 9 as a replacement for a package previously shipped and deemed "damaged" by FedEx, so it was never delivered. The tracking site claims this replacement package was delivered Dec. 12, but then there's a little note that says it was "retrieved" for re-delivery; i.e.
initially delivered to wrong residence, picked up almost immediately, then never delivered properly.
Wow! Incompetence or hostility?
This person wrote the review because of order processing issue at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Fedex to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
