Not resolved


I paid EXTRA for the ONE-day delivery to central IL. The item was put into FedEx's hands 10/27. They shipped from NY to NJ to IN baaaaaack to NJ then TN to MO. It is now 10/29... apparently I won't receive it until 10/31. Whyyyyy all over the US?! It could have been shipped from IN to IL in a few hours on the correct day! *** people.


I call FedEx customer service 10/28 at 430pm requesting why my item was still in NJ. CustServ said bad weather and it'd be there 10/29. I called 10/29 at 5pm and I was told that there was no request to be delivered today and will arrive 10/31 and that it was delayed 10/28 due to mechanical failure of the plane!!! WTF people. Liars liars liars. Horrible customer service. First it's bad weather, then they say its mechanical failure? I doubt it was either of those and they are told to make something up since each call the excuse was different. Not even a refund will make me use them again.
