I've been waiting for than a week for a new phone. According to Fedex tracking, the package has been bouncing around between Savannah and Hilton Head (I live in Bluffton, SC) because of a garbled address they can't seem to fix, even though I provided them with the CORRECT address and then phoned in a correction.

Note that the Fedex online "customer" "support" system does NOT allow you to register a specific complaint -- apparently they don't want to hear from customers.

If an online vendor offers Fedex as the only shipping option, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on!
