When they delivered my first package (which contained the computer) the delivery man was supposed to come to the door and get a signature. Instead, they threw the package down by my garage and just left it there to sit. Did not come to the door and did not get a signature.

I had 3 packages shipped. One was from Texas, it had a very well packaged computer inside. This package arrived from Texas to Wisconsin in about 3 days. However, the FedEx people were so careless with the package that they managed to break the computer tower case, and break the hardware inside so the computer no longer works properly.

The next two packages were shipped from Indiana to Wisconsin with 1 day shipping. When the packages didn't arrive within 2 days, FedEx was called. Turns out they sent the packages to Washington rather than Wisconsin. A few more days pass and the packages are in IL. A few more days pass and the package is in IL again. One of the higher ups at FedEx said the package would arrive Thursday of that week at the latest (already almost 2 weeks later than the original time it was supposed to arrive), and if the package hadn't arrived by that Friday they would reimburse for $750 and still send the package. Wednesday comes around and they lose their FedEx truck with the packages inside. They finally find the packages, and then claim they will not reimburse for more than the shipping cost. What the *** FedEx?

Long story short: FedEx poorly handles your packages and takes back on their word.
