I submitted a request on fedex website to have my package sent to fedex store and held, got confirmation, all day long site said pkg on schedule to be delivered. At 6pm I go to location, no pkg.

Clerks don't care, tell me call 800 #. Find out pkg put on wrong truck, hub won't have driverdeliver, supervisor won't fix, says I can pick up at hub or wait another day. Drive hour to hub, wait and wait, still waiting.

Service sucks, doesn't care about fixing their mistakes. Will never use fedex again and tell everyine I can about sorry hub.
