Received a call from fedex on Sunday letting us know of the delivery to take place on Monday. No delivery on Monday.
Did have a delivery on Tuesday morning and received one of three packages, the other two needed a signature, and since no one was home, they took it back. Made a request on line to inquire about the status of the delivery of the two remaining packages. Received another call from fedex notifying us of another delivery date. Waiting, no delivery again, but saw a driver passing us by!
Got on line to find out that there were three attempts and three door tags. Never received any door tags on our doors and still no delivery. Contacted the fedex by chat with Sophia the next Monday to find out what in the *** is going on with their ground service. She followed the delivery tracking info instead of listening to what I was saying and my unhappiness with their service and notified me of three attempts with three door tags and now they will be sending the package back to the sender or we can pick it up from fedex directly.
No address as to where we can pick it up, the chat expired since. Very, very unhappy with their quality of service got to dogs now.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of frustrated and back to the getto style. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of fedex delivery service. Fedex needs to "deliver the package when you say let us know you will. no delivery tags at door means either the driver is lying or the attemp was at the wrong address. will try to avoid fedex ground from this point on as there seems to be no repersuccions from company" according to poster's claims.
