On multiple occasions in downtown Manhattan, NYC - the local fedex drive will not ring the door of my home office and doesn't leave door tags claiming he/she's even been there. However, in tracking my packages, the online tracking states "Customer not available or business closed" - and matching the time of said attempted delivery time to my schedule, I've always been in office - yet never once have heard a door ring for me to come sign/pick up a package.

I have an office in an apartment and am always at work - never has the driver rung the office or come to the door. I'm fed up with FedEX ground and will never be using this service because of the local support is terrible.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Office support, Customer service, Lack of ground delivery.
