What is the problem with this company?
The driver claimed to attempt to deliver my package on a Sat morning and we were home. I called the 1-800 # on the door tag.
Apparently FedEx cannot do anything when it comes to FedEx Ground...you have to go online. From there it was all downhill...Three days later I ended up hanging up on the FedEx rep when she told me that I had to deal with tech support to get my package delivered after 5pm. Basically I ended up calling the company that I ordered the product from and asked them to deal with FedEx. Go FedEx!
What a way to suck! You are running neck and neck with UPS now...
